We have received a report of entry to a boat likely occurring in the past few weeks.  No damage or missing items noticed so far but members are encouraged to  check their boats and request you notify the board if anything  suspicious is noticed.

GYC Ad Hoc “Technology” Committee

We would like to form an Ad Hoc “Technology” Committee with the mandate to assess current club owned computers/applications and to provide recommendations on how to improve processes and the tools used.

Sad News Update- GYC Member Mike Traplin Arrangements

Sad News – GYC Member Mike Traplin passed away last night. ( January 13, 2016).   Friends may call at the BRIAN E. WOOD FUNERAL HOME , 250 – 14th Street West, Owen Sound, Ontario N4K 3X8 (519-376-7492), on Monday evening from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Memorial Service for Mike Traplin will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, January 19th at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Ralph Schmidt officiating. If so desired, the family would appreciate donations to the Owen Sound Regional Hospital Foundation, the Residential Hospice of Grey-Bruce or the Canadian Cancer Society as an expression of sympathy.
