Moonspinner II underway with spinnaker.
I heard a voice saying “Trevor, you got a camera?”
This was the best I could do – close hauled, single handed, moving away from Moonspinner II.
Taken 2016/10/06.

In Memory of James Arthur Burton Brophey, February 3, 1954 – September 7, 2016
Brophey, James Arthur Burton, in his 63rd year, peacefully at home on September 7, 2016. Loving husband of Karen (nee Fisher) Brophey, devoted father of Patrick of Milton, Erin of Toronto and Evan (Danielle) of Barrie. Loving brother of Vicki Brophey (Frank Turner), Janice and husband Tim Lowes. Will be deeply missed by sister-in-law Linda Holm (Richard) of Woodstock and brother-in-law Eric Fisher (Janice) of Ayton, as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents C.E. “Jim” and Joan Brophey. Jim was a financial advisor with CIBC Wood Gundy, Waterloo, Ontario for many years. Avid supporter of many local and national organizations. A private service will be held at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, Kitchener, Ontario with cremation to follow. Final resting at Lauderbach Cemetery, Normandy Township. In lieu of flowers, donations to Canadian Cancer Society or Plan International (www.plancanada.ca) would be greatly appreciated.
“Jim was a true gentleman. Always there to help, to advise but only if asked. He always showed genuine interest in whatever you were doing. He loved his boat, the Yacht Club and understood the value of tradition. Jim is a great friend who we will miss. Please know our thoughts are with Karen, and “all” the family. Fond memories of Jim will live forever in all of us. Jamie, Martha, Becky and Barnsworth”
