UPDATE of the Bylaws was fine-tuned on 12 Jan 2021

The 2009 Version of the By-Laws as well as Rules and Regulations had been updated into “one” document and reflect all changes over the last 12 years. On 12 Jan 2021 the document was fine tuned and is now uploaded to the website and a paper copy is located upstairs in the clubhouse until the lower level is fully opened.

Invoicing Update Nov 16, 2020

Dear GYC members

Annual Membership Payments are due November 30, 2020 and a 10% penalty will be charged on all overdue accounts. Please be aware that the post office no longer automatically date stamps envelopes therefore all payments must be received by November 30 or they will be subject to the penalty.   To date roughly half of the membership have paid.  Anyone who has mailed a cheque will see a delay of receipt as the mail tends to lag about a week behind.  E-transfers should receive receipt of this process in the message portion of their online account.  If someone is making a payment on your behalf, please include the member name on the cheque or e-transfer.  I have received money and have no member name that corresponded to the cheque or e-transfer.   I then play detective to determine who the payment is for.  Unpaid accounts by the Feb 2021 Board Meeting are subject to cancellation of membership.
